Cait moved to Nashville in 2018 after receiving her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and began her career in healthcare administration at Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA).  Her journey in healthcare management has been driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals as well as the broader healthcare landscape.  Throughout her time at HCA, Cait managed Tristar’s second largest multi-specialty practice while pursuing higher education.  She has a strong thirst for knowledge and successfully graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree summa cum laude.  With a strong background in strategic healthcare management and a passion for driving positive change, Cait is part of our core team that will lead Paradigm Health toward delivering exceptional patient-centered care and ultimately elevate the standard of care we provide.  Cait is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement where every member of our team is empowered to contribute to the evolution of our innovative care delivery model.
