Dr Kylie Conroy at Paradigm

Dr. Kylie joins Paradigm as a sought after physician, educator, and health optimization specialist with active clinical roles at Williamson Medical Center. She is a respected leader in academic medicine as a former Assistant Professor with the Vanderbilt Department of Emergency Medicine, as well as Assistant Residency Program Director and Curriculum Director at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Virginia. She graduated summa cum laude from Kansas City University of Medicine, and completed her residency training at the University of Arizona.   

In addition to over a decade of experience as Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, Dr. Kylie has pursued specialized educational training in perimenopause and menopausal women’s health, lifestyle medicine, and precision medicine. A former Division I collegiate athlete and performance specialist, she has worked with professional, elite, and executive athletes. These experiences have directly influenced her passion for health optimization and the holistic, personalized approach to medical care. She is an avid advocate for women’s health and passionate about supporting her patients through each unique season of life.  

Dr. Kylie is a published author and experienced speaker on medical education, nutrition, positive psychology, well-being, and sports medicine drawing from her unique combination of clinical, academic, and athletic experience.
