Pre-Test Requirements:
You must be able to walk/run on a treadmill or exercise on a stationary bike.
Able to tolerate a mask or mouthpiece.
If you have heart disease or lung disease, a physician consultation will be required first.
You may be asked to hold certain medications that would interfere with your heart rate.
If you have asthma, you may be asked to bring your inhaler.
Recommended:
+ Add on a physician consultation to understand what this means for your exercise, nutrition goals, and health optimization. If you have heart or lung disease, a combined CPET + Physician Consultation is required.
+ Add on lung function test (spirometry), to understand your lung performance, capacity, and volumes.
