What is included:
A 30 minute session with Griffin Moore, DPT using Dari Motion, a motion health capture system that we use to determine where you can improve your mobility, stability, and strength. With this information we can provide you with fitness goals to prevent injury, rehabilitate, and build strength and stability.
+ Add-on an additional 30 minutes with Griffin to assess your strength and build out a plan for physical health optimization that will promote your healthspan.
